You're in luck, because Kyun now has live chat, with dedicated support staff, right on the website!
Wherever you are on Kyun, you can click on the chat button in the bottom left corner of the screen and talk with us.
This is not some kind of pre-packaged generic live chat widget, like those extremely annoying ones that you see on seemingly every other website.
This is a custom implementation, hand-crafted from scratch for that Kyun Experience™️ you know and love. Until you need it, it stays out of your way.
Kyoko will reply to your messages and try to help you until a human staff member can intervene.
She is powered by third-party LLM providers, however we have carefully chosen providers that, to the best of our knowledge, do not log your messages.
Of course, when using third-party providers, we can not guarantee with 100% certainty that your messages are not being logged, which is why we have also added:
Want to talk about something super private, just between you and Kyun staff?
Ultra Private Mode disables Kyoko and ensures that your messages don't leave Kyun servers.
You can enable or disable Ultra Private Mode for any given chat at any time.
If we receive any abuse reports related to your service, you will be automatically notified via the chat, giving you some time to resolve the issue before we take action.
In the same chat, you will also be informed of any actions that are taken by Kyun staff to address the issue.
If you're not currently logged into Kyun, you will be notified via your configured contact methods about any new incoming messages. Off-session notifications do not contain any sensitive information.
This is, of course, a pretty technically complex feature. As such, there may be some hiccups, especially early on.
